He will assist with facility and equipment inspections for safty upkeep and appearnce.
The ideal candidate is capable of handling complex issues on their own and following directions about specific tasks.
This person is competent, with excellent technical knowledge and an ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
The Maintenance Person will also have knolwedge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry and general maintenace.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing brocken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
responding to maintenance requests by staff & residents.
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Be able to work in extreme heat or cold.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and general maintenance.
