Our CRM & Analytics Team provides sales with streamlined tools and process needed to more effectively manage sales pipeline, deal analytics and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
The Associate Manager, Sales Enablement plays a key role in supporting the growth of Disney Advertising Sales CRM Platform.
This individual's responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Develop Booked
Working reporting for Disney Ad SalesOwn regular cadence of reporting booked and pipeline reporting with DAS Sales teams (Agency, Category, etc.
) and Leadership Team, driving adoption of active pipeline management in CRM platformDevelop pipeline and forecasting analytics to help Ad Sales teams better manager their business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisCoordinate with Ad Sales Finance and RYM/Pricing & Planning teams to ensure there is alignment between Booked
Working reporting and the reports that they are responsible for providing (e.
g.
pacing vs quota, financial pacing, etc.
)Manage the technology backlog related to Sales Analytics requirements for the Disney Ad Sales organization:
Ensure alignment with technology and consulting teams on Technology backlog serving as liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, Ad Sales Finance on Sales Analytics needs and requirementsPrioritize and communicate Sales requirements to the Ad Platform organization in a thoughtful and organized fashionDevelop and Ensure technology teams have captured accurate requirementsReview new with Functionality Testing prior to releases to user community and sign-off prior to milestonesmanage any escalations throughout the process to support on-time deliveryImprove and streamline communications to Sales on new releases, updates, and partner with counterpart and leader to ensure consistent messaging to the user communityOrganize feedback sessions with user community to continually improve reporting and capture needsBe passionate about everything CRM can do for a sales organizationBe an advocate for best practices and capabilities to improve Sales Management and Communications through CRMBe current on features and functionality on the Saleforce RoadmapDevelop materials to automate onboarding for new users and provide excitement about CRMPlan and schedule training sessions in conjunction with the Learning and Development departmentLead Material creation in a concise and learner friendly mannerLead learning sessions to engage the user communityThe individual reports to the Sr.

Qualifications:

years experience in Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations2
years experience with Salesforce and Einstein AnalyticsExposure to/experience with ad sales and ad techTrack record of collaboration, consensus-building and project management across functional areas and levels of seniorityKnowledge of and enthusiasm for emerging media and technologyExcellent analytical skills (Excel) with the ability to present complex data simply (Salesforce dashboards, PowerPoint)Practical, with ability to prioritize work and make a recommendation based on analysis and input from stakeholdersStrong strategic skills that provide business insight and support decision-makingAbility to lead meetings, listen and communicate effectively across functions / levelsAdept at simultaneously managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most impact and urgencyExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA flexible team member who is willing to jump in as needed Required EducationBachelor's DegreeSalary:
